Instructions For Paying Via Credit Card

We will need your credit card:

1) Type (Visa or Mastercard only)

2) Name issued to

3) Number

4) Expiration date

5) Verification code on back (last three (3) digits)

Instructions:

1) Fill in and submit Required Information form

2) Print finished form or copy and paste into a document (preferred)

3) Add Credit Card info above (print as required).

4) Wait for e-mail confirmation to ship prop.  This is just to get shipping address information.  You do not have to wait for a confirmation number or anything like that.

5) Include form with prop when shipped
