Mercury PVS Propeller

If you are running a Mercury Trophy propeller and are suffering from blow out on hole shot, you might try
(1) using PVS plugs with no holes in three holes and using one with a 7/16" opening in the final port hole.
This should help a lot, but if not,
(2) Send your prop in to have the cup modified.
Also the easy way to add/remove the PVS plugs is as follows:
Use a socket extension! Really. Use the male end to push the PVS plugs through the prop and the female end to insert them. A hammer usually helps with a slight tap on the socket extension.
